KM-type water inlet pipe (standard use water intake valve) 'KMW1 type'

Easy to install and handle, suitable for any location: water intake valves, distribution valves, and water supply valves! Can be connected and extended by covering the outside of PVC pipes. Ideal for new installations!

The KMW1 type is used for distributing water from small irrigation channels to fields. It features a resin intake valve, diverter valve, and distribution valve that can be opened left or right to allow water flow during distribution. It connects by being placed over the outside of PVC pipes, making it suitable for new installations. Compatible with both VP and VU pipes. Features of our water outlet pipe: 1. The flow rate can be freely adjusted according to the opening degree of the valve. 2. Sizes are available from 40mm to 200mm in accordance with PVC pipe standards. For sizes larger than 200mm, the KMW6 type (with a gate-like adjustable plate that slides up and down) will be used. If installed in a deep location, consider the KMW3 type with a lever. 3. The valve can open in either direction, allowing users to choose their preferred direction. Even if one side is blocked by a wall or similar, it can still be opened from the other side. It is recommended to open towards the upstream side. Installing the valve stopper screw on the downstream side can prevent the valve from opening due to water flow. 4. A type with a filter is also available, which prevents trash such as empty cans and plastic bags from flowing into the fields. 5. If you want to stop water flow for an extended period, consider the KMW5 type dedicated cap. (The filter and the W5 type dedicated cap cannot be used together.) Continued with basic information.

Adjust the water volume without putting your hands in the water! Introducing the faucet pipe with a lever.

The KMW3 and KMW4 types are used for distributing water from small irrigation channels to fields. They feature a resin intake valve, dividing valve, and distribution valve that can be opened left and right to allow water flow during distribution. The KMW1 or KMW2 type with a lever attached. ■ KMW3 Type - A type with a lever added to the "KMW1 type" - Installed by covering the outside of PVC pipes, suitable for new installations. ■ KMW4 Type - Insert Type - A type with a lever added to the "KMW2 type" - Installed by inserting it inside existing distribution pipes, suitable for retrofitting. With the lever for opening and closing the valve, it allows for adjusting the water flow without having to reach deep into the installation site or putting hands in the water. It is mounted horizontally on the irrigation channel, and the lever operation is done in the vertical direction. Please attach the valve stopper screw (bolt) to the bottom side. Other than having a lever, its features are the same as the KMW1 and KMW2 types. Basically, the lever is fixed to match the site conditions. If it is difficult to match on-site, please consider using a "lever fixing device." There is also a type with a filter to prevent debris such as empty cans and plastic bags from flowing into the fields. If you want to stop the water flow for an extended period, please consider the KMW5 type dedicated cap. (The filter and the W5 type dedicated cap cannot be used together.)

The special specification of the Mizuguchi pipe is a PVC gate that is used by sliding the adjustment plate up and down. While standard stock items are available, custom shapes can also be manufactured!

The "KMW6 type / 7 type / 8 type / X type" is used for distributing water from small irrigation channels to fields. The larger types can also be installed in a basin to distribute water to multiple channels. During distribution, the valve opens upwards, allowing water to flow through a PVC board water intake valve, distribution valve, and distribution valve. Easy to install and handle! Made of synthetic resin, it has excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, and weather resistance!

The "Mizuguchi Pipe" is used for distributing water from a small irrigation channel to the fields. It features a resin-made water intake valve, diverter, and distribution valve that can be opened upwards during water distribution to allow water flow. Features of our Mizuguchi Pipe: 1. The flow rate can be freely adjusted according to the valve opening degree. 2. Models W1 to W4 can be opened and closed in the direction preferred by the user. It is recommended to open towards the upstream side. By installing the valve stopper screw on the downstream side, you can prevent the valve from opening due to water flow. 3. The length of the product is kept short so that the socket does not protrude from the irrigation channel. If there is a long distance from the channel to the field, it can be extended with PVC pipes. 4. The product's socket part has a protrusion that prevents the product from detaching from the concrete due to the rotational force during operation. 5. A type with a filter is also available, which prevents trash such as empty cans and plastic bags from flowing into the fields. 6. If you want to stop the water flow for an extended period, please consider the KMW5 model's dedicated cap. (The filter and the W5 model's dedicated cap cannot be used together.) 7. Insert and install into existing PVC pipes! Can be retrofitted. Installation direction can be vertical or horizontal as desired.

The KMW2 type is used for distributing water from small irrigation channels to fields. It features a resin intake valve, diverter, and distribution valve that can be opened to the left or right to allow water flow during distribution. It is designed for retrofitting as it is inserted inside PVC pipes. There are separate products for VP pipes, VU pipes, and fume pipes. Please specify the pipe diameter and type when ordering. Features of the KMW2 type: 1. The flow rate can be freely adjusted according to the valve opening degree. 2. Sizes are available to match the standards of PVC pipes, ranging from 75 mm to 250 mm in diameter. For pipes thicker than 250 mm, the KMW7 type (with a gate-like sliding adjustment plate) will be used. If installed in a deep location, consider the KMW4 type with a lever. 3. It can open in either direction, allowing users to choose their preferred opening direction. Even if there is a wall or obstacle on one side, it can still be opened on the other side. It is recommended to open it upstream. By installing the valve stopper screw on the downstream side, you can prevent the valve from opening due to water flow. 4.
